RETURN POLICY
The return is made at the time of product delivery in the following situations:
- The product does not conform to the specifications on the website
If the ordered product turns out not to be in accordance with the specifications on the website, the buyer can request its return for a full refund.
- Products that were delivered wrongly
If products other than those requested were delivered, this fact will be reported immediately, and the buyer will refuse to receive the order. The buyer has the possibility to request their return for a full refund of the consideration.
The money will be returned by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
The cancellation of the order is carried out in the following situations:
- The order placed on the website cannot be honored by the seller, so the money will be returned to the buyer’s account within 14 days, with prior notification.
- The buyer wishes to cancel the order and notifies the seller through a written response either to the order confirmation email received at the time of placing the order on the website, or by phone at +40 (745) 206 356. The registration of the order cancellation request is carried out with a minimum 24 hours before the time of delivery, followed by the refund of the amount related to the order within 14 days from the co-signature of the cancellation of the order.
- In the case of customized products, due to the complexity of the decorative elements, the order can be canceled before delivery, with a minimum time equal to the production time. (Example: For a cake with a production time of 72 hours, the order can be canceled with a minimum time of 3 days before delivery). If you cancel the order after entering production, we reserve the right to withhold the advance charged at the time of placing the order.
